How much does a website cost in Poland in 2026, and what drives the price

Website prices in listings can differ several times over, even though at first glance they describe the same thing. The difference comes from the scope of work: a landing page built on a ready-made template and a website with bookings designed from scratch are two different services. This article explains what goes into the price of a website, what figures market guides give and how to compare two quotes without comparing apples to oranges.

Typical prices in Poland

Specific figures are given, among others, by the Orange dla Firm guide from December 2025, based on market data for 2025. These are rough figures, but they show the order of magnitude well.

  • A simple one-page business site: from about 1,500 PLN net with a freelancer, about 2,500-4,500 PLN net with an agency.
  • A company website with several subpages (5-8): about 4,500-9,000 PLN.
  • A complex site with custom features and integrations: above 12,000 PLN.
  • An online store or an app: this is where the spread is widest, because the price depends on the number of products, payments, shipping and integrations. Only a quote for a specific scope gives a reliable figure.

What really affects the price

The price grows with the number of things that have to be designed and tested, not with the number of pages. Five pages from a ready-made template are less work than one page with a date search and payments.

  • Custom design or a template.
  • Integrations: bookings, payments, CRM, Allegro, inventory system.
  • Content: whether you provide the text and photos or they need to be created.
  • Language versions.
  • SEO: technical SEO comes standard with a good website, while content targeting search phrases is separate work.
  • Care after launch: updates, backups, small changes.

What is not worth paying for

“Search engine positioning included in the website price”, because SEO is ongoing work, not a button. “Unlimited revisions”, because that means nobody planned the project. Hosting and a domain bought by the contractor on their own account, because then the website is not yours. Always register the domain and hosting in your own name.

How to compare two quotes

Ask for the scope as a list: what exactly will be built, what you provide, how long revisions take, what happens after launch. Check the portfolio on a phone, not on a computer. Ask for the Google speed test score of their latest project. A contractor who builds properly will show it without hesitation.

How I price my work

I do not publish a price list, because a simple business site and a store with integrations are different work. After you send an inquiry through the form, you get the scope as a list, a timeline and a price. The quote is free and non-binding. As a guide to timelines: a landing page takes about a week, a website with several tabs about 2 weeks, a store or a website with a booking system about 3 weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Does the cheapest website from a ready-made template make sense?

As a temporary business card, yes. As a tool for winning clients, less often, because it often looks like many others, loads slowly and is not prepared for Google.

Is WordPress better, or a website coded from scratch?

WordPress, if you want to add posts and pages yourself. A website built in Next.js is usually faster and has fewer parts to keep updated, so it works well when your Google results matter.

Does the price include hosting and a domain?

Not with me, on purpose. You register them in your name and I configure them. That way the website always belongs to you.
