Who processes your data

The data controller is Nina Szczepaniak, who runs nastka ai studio, Warszawa. Contact: info@nastka-ai-studio.pl.

What data and why

Through the contact form I collect your name or company name, email address, optionally your phone number, and the content of your message. I use this data only to reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

If you subscribe to the newsletter, I collect only your email address. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You subscribe by ticking the consent box in the form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by writing to info@nastka-ai-studio.pl. I store the addresses on a server provided by cyber_Folks S.A., and I may use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) to send the emails; Brevo processes them on my behalf. After you unsubscribe, I delete your address from the list.

How long

I keep correspondence for up to 12 months from our last contact and, if we start working together, for the period required by law.

Who I share data with

The website, the form and my mailbox are hosted by cyber_Folks S.A., a Polish hosting company that processes data on my behalf under a data processing agreement. I may also use Brevo to send the newsletter (see the "Newsletter" section).

Website audit demo

The website address you enter in the "Live demos" section is sent to the Google PageSpeed Insights service, which runs the test. Do not enter any personal data there.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to its processing. Write to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), the Polish supervisory authority.
