Business process automation

If every week you copy data between programs, answer the same emails or lose inquiries from clients, that is a job for automation. I build workflows in n8n and Make that connect your tools into one system and run around the clock.

Who it's for

For anyone who copies data between programs, answers the same emails over and over or loses leads.

What you get

  • a map of your processes and a list of what to automate
  • workflows that connect your tools into one system
  • leads from forms and ads going straight to your CRM and inbox
  • reports that arrive on their own
  • AI assistants that reply, write descriptions and summarize for you
  • a dashboard where you see everything in one place

From my work

For a coffee roastery: a system that collects leads from several inboxes, ads and forms into one spreadsheet, with a dashboard for the owner.

How we work together

  1. Inquiry. You send the form with a few sentences about what you need. No obligation.
  2. Quote. Within 1-3 days you get the scope, deadline and price. If anything needs clarifying, I call or email you.
  3. Work in stages. From the first week you can see the progress at a preview address and leave comments.
  4. Launch and support. I publish, test and show you how to run it. After launch I stay close at hand.

Frequently asked questions

Where should a small business start with automation?

With a process map: we write down what you do by hand and how often. Usually the first automation handles inquiries: form, CRM, an email to the client and a notification.

n8n or Make?

n8n can run on your own server, which matters for GDPR and when you have a lot of operations. Make is quicker to get started with. I choose based on the tools you already use.

Can automation use AI?

Yes. AI assistants can answer questions, write descriptions and summaries or sort incoming requests. I set them up through the OpenAI API.
